TaurineTaurine is a non-essential amino acid which can be derived from your diet or synthesized from the amino acid cysteine, if there is enough cysteine & pyridoxal-5-phosphate(co-enzyme B6). DIRECTIONS:
For Anxiety:1-2 two to four times daily as needed. May open capsule under tongue for quicker benefit. For other benefits:1 capsule one to two times daily as needed. Has the potential to irritate the stomach if taken without food (though Dr. Slagle has not seen this.) May lower body temperature in larger doses.
