Eskimo 3 is a fish oil derived omega 3 fatty acid complex.*

Essential fatty acids are required for the proper development of the eyes & brains of fetuses & infants, thus are critical for supplementation during pregnancy. Most of the fatty acids in the developing brain & eye are EPA (eicosapentanoic acid) & DHA (docosa hexaenoic acid) Eskimo 3 contains EPA & DHA.*

EPA has shown the ability in clinical studies:
