Always be sure to be taking a B complex vitamin or take 1 pyridoxal-5-phosphate with each alanine dose. DIRECTIONS: 1-2 capsules 2-3 times daily, preferably between meals if for helping maintain healthy blood sugar levels, but may also take with meals.
