CONDITION: INFERTILITY

Eat healthfully. Avoid alcohol, caffeine & smoking; even decaffeinated coffee is associated with an increased risk of miscarriage. Avoid douching as is associated with reduced fertility. Check thyroid levels (free T3, T4, TSH) & thyroid antibodies. Rule out low adrenal function.

Men should avoid tea drinking (regardless of the caffeine content & follow the dietary principles above). Men should rule out heavy metal toxicity from occupational exposure.

For Males & Females :

  • Select one of the following basic multi vitamin mineral Multigenics or Life Extension Mix or Life Extension 2 a day or Regeneraid
  • Lipoceutical® Glutathione or Sublingual Glutathione
  • Vitamin C 1000mg - 1 twice daily
  • Zinc Tally Liquid or Zinc Picolinate
  • Co-Enzyme B6 Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate
  • Potassium Citrate
  • Vitamin E 1000u or Acorbyl Palmitate
  • Maca Root

For Males:

  • Carnitine - Optimized with GlycoCarn® - At a total dose of 3000 mg daily in divided doses increased sperm motility.
  • L-Arginine - May increase sperm count
  • Coenzyme Q10 - Ubiquinol with Enhanced Mitochondrial Support or Coenzyme Q10 Simplesa AAKG+ Core Powder
  • EPA-625 High Potency Omega -3
  • Vitamin D

For Females:

  • Coenzyme Q10 - Ubiquinol with Enhanced Mitochondrial Support or Coenzyme Q10 Simplesa AAKG+ Core Powder - If problem with miscarriages.
  • PABA 100 mg 4 times daily
  • Bee Propolis
