CONDITION: HYPOGLYCEMIA
Please also see Dr Slagle's newsletter on hypoglycemia. Eat a high fiber, high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Avoid sugar, refined carbohydrates such as white pastas, breads, etc, alcohol, caffeine. Eat frequent smaller meals when possible. Rule out food sensitivities. See all allergy conditions. Freshly ground flax seed, 1 tablespoon twice daily is helpful.
