Always take a good potent Multi-Vitamin Mineral such as those presented on this site before adding any additional supplementation. Sometimes the multi-vitamin mineral alone will give you the results you desire. Other general guidelines are to avoid all herbs during pregnancy & breast feeding, unless otherwise stated. Dr. Slagle has presented the options for each condition in the order she would generally consider them when approaching someone with that condition. However, the order is sometimes effected by cost of the Item. You will note that some of the items overlap. You may take as little or as much as you want or need to for each condition, depending upon the severity & your desires.
