FIBRINOGEN RESIST® HELPS SUPPORT CIRCULATORY HEALTH. Fibrinogen is a protein produced by the liver. It reacts with other molecules to create blood clotting. Studies show excessively high levels of fibrinogen can be associated with an increased risk for heart attack, stroke, and atherosclerosis. For this reason a blood test known as serum fibrinogen should be performed as part of a general health assessment (though it often is not). The lab normal levels of fibrinogen are in the range of 193-423 mg/dl, but studies have indicated the more optimal range for good health is 200-300 mg/dl.
