Policosanol

Policosanol is a scientifically designed nutritional supplement containing a blend of compounds isolated from sugar cane extract. Policosanol contains several long chain fatty alcohols including octacosanol, hexacosanol and triacontanol.

A recent series of clinical studies have found that top selling statin drugs (Cholesterol Lowering Medications) have been found to raise blood pressure, lower levels of lifesaving HDL ("good") cholesterol, and block your body's production of Coenzyme Q10.
