Ribo - 2 - Co - Enzyme B2

Ribo-2 is an enteric coated preparation of Riboflavin-5-Phosphate which is the active co-enzyme form of vitamin B2. It is designed to ensure its stability through the highly acid stomach for ultimate absorption in the intestines.*

Psychiatric medicines such as tranquilizers & some anti-depressants can interfere with vitamin B2 metabolism, necessitating clear supplementation. This co-enzyme form of B2 is preferable in those cases as it guarantees better absorption & utilization & does not depend upon certain functions in the liver as does the other vitamin B2.*
