E-pherol water soluble Vitamin E
E-Pherol is a water soluble form of vitamin E. Most vitamin E supplements are fat soluble. Those with pancreatic insufficiency, sprue & other malabsorption syndromes may not be able to absorb fat soluble dietary or supplemental vitamin E. They must use a water soluble supplement to insure adequate vitamin E levels.*
Vitamin E also requires bile for its efficient absorption. Those who have had their gallbladder removed may need to take this form.*
