MaxEPA
Max-EPA is a fish oil derived omega 3 fatty acid complex.*
Essential fatty acids are required for the proper development of the eyes & brains of fetuses & infants, thus are critical for supplementation during pregnancy. Most of the fatty acids in the developing brain & eye are EPA (eicosapentanoic acid) & DHA (docosa hexaenoic acid) Max-EPA contains EPA & DHA.*
EPA has shown the ability in clinical studies:
- Has been found to be helpful with low mood
- To modulate those chemicals in the body which cause inflammation by acting as a precursor to the series 3 anti-inflammatory prostaglandins*.
- Mild to moderate anti-inflammatory effects in those with severe inflammatory disease & in those who are healthy but may have inflammation from sports or other injury*. Fish oil intake with reduction of other competitive fat intake may significantly improve the outcome for those with major trauma.*

DIRECTIONS:
ADULTS: Take 2-3 capsules 2-3 times daily with meals depending upon needs.
CHILDREN: Under 50 pounds, take 1/2 tsp twice daily. Over 50 pounds, take 1 tsp twice daily
